Membership Renewal
The new membership will be valid from 1st April to 31st March. For each year renewal of membership, one of the following documents must be submitted along with the fee.#Sr No. | Requirements |

1 | Photocopy of receipt for filing income tax return for the assessment year under section 165 of Income Tax Ordinance 2001 or sales tax return if applicable or income tax exemption certificate |
2 | Members who are unable to provide any of the above-mentioned meals at the time of renewal for the first time, their membership will be renewed only on payment of the annual fee for the first time |
NOTE:
All the members of Sargodha chamber of commerce & industry are required to renew their membership before 31th march each year and submit the required documents along with regular renewal fee.
Those members who do not renewed their membership before 31th march their membership will supposed to be considered cancelled until the membership renew with late fine fee.

Furthermore the members of Sargodha Chamber of Commerce & Industry will be eligible to vote in chamber election after the completion of 24 month time period from the date of their membership registration.
- The membership form must be attested by two members of the Chamber.
- A minimum of seven days will be required for new memberships.
- Paste the picture on membership form and apply single stamp on both (form + picture).
- 2000 rupees more will be charged in case of instant membership.
It is necessary to submit the application and necessary documents at least 2 days in advance to obtain Visa list.
